Social Beliefs Incubator
Beliefs are integrated mental states. They are shaped by the shared perception of certain social groups and can influence the emotional disposition, will, and behavior of each individual. They are developed through a complex process and are resistant to change once established.
Public spaces are responsible to be the incubator of social beliefs, accepting existing beliefs and encouraging the development of new positive beliefs, which is also the sequence of the six cases presented in this primer. Thus, they offer not only physical spaces for public freedom but also psychological shelter.
